Since becoming a parent of 2, Things that I have left on top of the car and driven away later to be retrieved from the middle of the road include:

1 popcorn popper top
1 full bottle (never recovered)
1 sippie cup (made it all the way to school)
1 folder full of homework
1 kindle fire (my neighbor followed me and yelled it at me at the light).

(Too many things to carry and not enough arms…or sleep)
