I grew up a 3-sport athlete. I have a fierce sense of competition and learned a lot of life lessons on a court, field, or pitch.

Neither of my kids have an interest in organized sports and I know a lot of you out there don’t either. But I know there are a lot of special needs kids that do, but they aren’t given a chance to play or are not able to and just want to be a part of the team. And something like this would make their day. I love how happy he is and I’m glad both teams took the time to do this for him.
