Hawaii–destroyer of bedtimes…

Hawaii… destroyer of bedtimes.

3 hour time difference means a 9pm bedtime in Maui is a midnight bedtime back at home.

I’ve been using melatonin with both the boys to put them to sleep at bedtime since we’ve been back. It’s worked like a charm.

And they have gotten up on time, for the most part (the morning after we got back, they slept till almost noon).

Before Maui, we could get to sleep at a reasonable time without melatonin unless Jonah napped during the day.

Tonight is the first night off of melatonin.

It’s 10:30… he’s not slowing down. đŸ˜³
