What ‘Victories’ are you celebrating?

This morning, Jonah slept in. (This is an accomplishment in and of itself). By the time it was time to go, he had still not gotten up out of bed.

Not good.

So I dressed him while he was still groggy and waking up. In the past, this would have caused extreme distress and has actually caused a total meltdown trying to just get ready to go to school.

Today, he let me dress him… get him up… put his shoes and coat on… and ate some graham crackers in the car on the way to school.

We celebrate every milestone… …even if it only seems like a footstone.
