As ausome parents, s…

As ausome parents, sometimes the holidays can be stressful, so we adapt to the needs of our family. We make our own new “traditions.”

Do you have “different” holiday traditions?

Growing up, our tradition on Christmas was to take all the wrapping paper rolls and have “sword fights” after opening presents. We would then spend the rest of the day with family and putting puzzles together.

But now, our traditions are different. Maybe we’ll open presents in the morning, maybe they will all be opened already. Maybe we’ll drive around and look at Christmas lights, or maybe we’ll stay home. What we do for Christmas is dependent on our families needs.

The important thing is to find a piece of happiness this Holiday Season… whatever it looks like. A new food… a special treat… maybe it looks the same as every other day.

Find happiness.

Grab hold of it, and capture it.

And then find a way to turn that “happiness,” in whatever shape it may take, into your holiday routine.

And let it turn into your holiday tradition…

And let those traditions become a lifetime of happy holiday memories…

-cheers!
